WELCOME TO TAMARIND
Since opening in March 2021, Tamarind has raised the bar for Indian cuisine in the Hudson Valley and draws lovers of authentic Indian food from across the tri-state area. Each day, award-winning Chef Manoj and his team prepare the freshest produce available and handcraft delicious dairy bases from scratch. Inspired by the robust flavors of Northern India, Chef Manoj has designed an expansive menu that also honors the South Indian style and Indo-Chinese fusion of the Himalayas. Every dish on the menu ranging from savory vegetarian curries to succulent barbecue from the tandoor – reflects passion, thoughtfulness and down-to-earth artistry that balances tradition with modern elegance – and can be complemented by a refreshing and flavor-enhancing selection of wines and spirits. Our warm and enthusiastic staff are pleased to share this fine dining experience in a generous space that is suited for business and for pleasure, for family and for romance.
